Players Indoor Sports Center to Host First Annual Kids Spring Fling!
Punxsatawny Phil saw his shadow this Groundhogs day, meaning we will have more winter to get through but, that gives us even more reason to celebrate Spring! April 21st, 2012 bring the whole family to take part in games, raffles, and plenty of activities that will entertain every age.
Hosted by Players Indoor Sports Center, the Kids Spring Fling is shaping up to be the perfect Spring kick-off event!
So far on the agenda is a truck show, featuring “trucks you can touch” provided by area construction companies and Fire Departments. Good Times Summer Day Camp will also be in attendance with a booth sure to entertain kids of all ages and don’t miss the Meatheads Burgers & Fries prize wheel!
There will be live demo fields of local sports teams and clubs as well as other area businesses. Parents will enjoy booths featuring nutrition, health and fitness vendors, while children can enjoy playing games and getting their faces painted.
Don’t forget that Earth Day is the same weekend as the Kids Spring Fling, so be on the lookout for environmentally friendly take-homes as well as ideas on how you can be greener!
