RULES & POLICIES

General Rules

  • EVERYONE must sign a waiver before participation
  • NO unsportsmanlike behavior
  • NO food or drinks on the fields
  • Respect the refs at all times
  • Indoor shoes are required – NO cleats or molded shoes allowed

Program Refund Policy

Players Indoor Sports Center understands that occasionally a program participant needs to withdraw from a program. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible.
Following are the guidelines for refunds.

  • More than 1 week from start of program – 100% refund
  • One week from start of program – 100% Credit
  • Less than 48 hours from start of program – 85% Credit
  • If program is cancelled by Players Indoor Sports Center, you will receive a full refund.
  • Credits are for use on programs only and cannot be used for any other type of purchase. Credits are good for 1 year from date of program.

If you are withdrawing due to illness or injury once the program commences, your fee will be prorated and you will receive a credit toward a future program when presenting a note from your doctor.

Field Rental Refund Policy

Contracted Times

Single Day Rental

Cancellations up to thirty days in advance of rental date will be refunded. If a rental group cancels closer than thirty days prior to their rental date, their spot must be re-reserved in order for the canceling rental group to receive a full refund. All refunds will be assessed a $25.00 fee per date.

Multiple Day Rentals And Contract Rental Agreements

Cancelations up to thirty days in advance for the ‘first’ rental date will be refunded with the following conditions and restrictions.

  • If a renter (rental group) cancels all reserved dates up to thirty days in advance of their first rental date they will be entitled to a full refund for all dates and times which are re-reserved, less a $25.00 processing fee, per date. For those dates which are not re-reserved, at the original rental rate, the renter will be refunded 50% of the original rental fees.
  • If a rental group cancels closer than thirty days prior to their initial rental date, all of their reserved spots must be re-reserved and paid in full be the re-renter to receive a full refund, less a $25.00 processing fee per date. For those dates and times which are not re-reserved and paid in full prior to the rental date, the original renter will not be entitled to any refund.

Non-Contracted Times

Players Indoor Sports Center understands that occasionally a field rental needs to cancel. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible. These guidelines refer to noncontracted rental times only.

Following are the guidelines for low season field rental refunds. (April 1-Oct 31)

  • More than 1 week from start of rental – 100% refund minus deposit
  • 1 week to 48 hrs from start of program – 100% Credit of time
  • Less than 48 hours from start of program – 50% Credit of time

Credits are based on the amount of time used, not the dollar amount. Credits must be used before the upcoming October 31, before the next prime season rental.

Following are guidelines for Prime season field rental refunds. (Nov 1 – March 31)

  • More than 30 days from start of rental – 100% refund minus deposit
  • 30 days to 1 week from start of program – 100% Credit of time
  • Less than 1 week from start of program – 50% Credit of time

Credits are based on the amount of time used, not the dollar amount. Credits must be used before the upcoming October 31, before the next prime season rental.
