WAZZZZ.....UP with the TURF
Several articles have surfaced recently which address safety and health concerns for users of 'SOME' artificial sports turf. Rest assured........THIS AIN'T US !!!! Some of the 'older' playing surfaces, called 'astroturf' (produced in the 60's and 70's) have caused some health concerns due to the use of re-cycled tires and sand in it's production. Our's doesn't have any of that stuff !!
All of our playing surfaces are 'state of the art' SOF-STEP 2000 . Approved and endorsed by both OSHA and The Synthetic Turf Council (www.syntheticturfcouncil.org). Our turf requires no protective measures, has produced no known evidence that is poses any health risks and has shown no detectable levels of airborne lead or lead chromate.........Our's is the good stuff !!!
PLAY HARD....PLAY SAFE,
WILDMAN

PlayersIndoorSportsCenter will be opening hosting an OPEN HOUSE on May 14th from 5pm to 9pm. Three indoor sports fields, two volleyball courts, a basketball court and sports specific training areas await families and athletes of all ages in the Naperville area.
The 95,000 square foot Players Indoor Sports Center located at 1740 Quincy Ave. (corner of Quincy Ave and Fort Hill Road) in Naperville is a family oriented, state-of-the-art sports facility that is designed for individual achievement as well as team synergy. The air-conditioned facility gives you the opportunity to enjoy your favorite sports without the possibility of game cancellations.
The base of the playing fields, Sof-Step 200 Turf, is the ultimate footing for athletes. This ground rubber base with synthetic fibers for grass duplicates the playing conditions of real grass: strong, soft and forgiving. Players can prevent injuries with no unexpected holes to twist ankles, even playing fields, great temperatures and great lighting! Just think, NO MUD, NO BUGS, NO HEAT, NO RAIN!
This is the place for your league, camp or club to call home. Individual recreational players can join a league or learn a new sport.
The program directors are now developing and implementing an agenda that will fulfill the needs of area sporting groups. Our trainers will offer sport specific group training as well as individual goal oriented training.
Along with leagues for all skill and age levels, there will be competitive clinics and camps run through the facility with professional players, local coaches and experts in football, lacrosse, baseball, volleyball, soccer, basketball and more leading the groups. Combines will be an added feature with 20-30 college coaches involved in these sessions.
This place truly will have something for everyone from Friday night Co-ed High School programs to Saturday night Drop-offs for the younger set.
During the week, leagues for soccer, lacrosse, 7 on 7 football, volleyball and basketball will keep everyone busy. During the day the preschool set will come for fun instruction in several different formats.
The summer months bring not only weekly Sports Camps, but day-long Summer Camps complete with crafts, field trips, indoor and outdoor activities. This is way better than Daycare… Spend your summer with us!!
For adults, there will also be plenty of league opportunities for sponsored teams to create “new glory days”.
Although the center is geared for indoor sports, the large, open indoor area with great parking is perfect for Holiday events, dog shows, tradeshows, bridal fairs and other exhibitions.
