General Rules at Players Indoor Sports
- EVERYONE must sign a waiver before participation
- NO unsportsmanlike behavior
- NO food or drinks on the fields
- Respect the refs at all times
- Indoor shoes are required – NO cleats or molded shoes allowed
PROGRAM REFUND POLICY
Following are The Guidelines for Program Specific Refunds:
More than 1 week from the start of the program – 100% refund
One week from the start of program – 100% Credit
If the program is cancelled by Players Indoor Sports Center, you will receive a full refund.
Credits are for use on programs only and cannot be used for any other type of purchase. Credits are good for 1 year from date of the program.
If you are withdrawing due to illness or injury once the program commences, your fee will be prorated and you will receive a credit toward a future program when presenting a note from your doctor.

All contracted rentals are subject to the terms of the signed contract.
Non contracted rentals will follow the below guidelines:
More than 1 week from the start of the rental – 100% refund
One week from the start of rental – 100% Credit of time
Less than 48 hours from the start of the rental – 85% Credit of time
Field rental credit hours cannot be used for any other type of purchase. Credits are good for 1 year from date of the rental.
