Looking for a fun, recreational sports league to join? Adult Futsal at Players is FOR YOU! Our league meets on Friday nights and is a 5v5 matchup’s with mixed team divisions. Each team is allowed to roster at maximum 10 players The court is smaller so there is less running then normal soccer and the ball is a bit heavier so it doesn’t bounce as much. Questions? What is Futsal?
Futsal is played between two teams of five players each, one of whom is the goalkeeper. Unlimited substitutions are permitted. Unlike some other forms of indoor soccer, the game is played on a hard court surface with lines; walls or boards are not used. Futsal is also played with a smaller, weighted ball. The surface, ball and rules create an emphasis on improvisation, creativity, and skill as well as ball control and passing in small spaces.
